Delivery Policy
We currently deliver within the UK (excluding the Highlands). Please note that the recipient must be over 18 years of age. If the delivery driver believes the recipient appears under 25, proof of ID will be required. Failure to provide valid ID will result in non-delivery, and redelivery fees may apply.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is charged at £12.75 for one bottle. This rate also applies to orders of up to 6 bottles.
For orders exceeding 6 bottles, an additional £12.75 will be applied for every subsequent 6 bottles (e.g., £12.75 for 7–12 bottles, £25.50 for 13–18 bottles, etc.).
Damages
We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@llanerch.co.uk. Include photographs of the damage along with your order details. We will assess each case individually to resolve the matter promptly.
